The premise is exactly as the title says. MC is the leader of a Sentai Team called the Kizuna Rangers (tl note: kizuna means bonds). At the peak of a fight against "Zetsuen Ou" or (roughly) King of Isolation, he gets caught up in the explosion and is "isekai'd" GNARLY art BTW.
