Rendering a cartoony design with superfluous realism is almost exclusively done for a comedic or uncanny effect. Because it looks hideous.

Pokemon designs are appealing in their simplicity. Deliberating adding a bunch of realistic bump maps and gritty textures misses the point.

So they’re a super hero who can fly, has super strength, and charges electricity, but most importantly crabs are their favorite animal :3 https://t.co/gkijDwrDId

heres another sonic oc i recently (finally) drew up, made him in Suggyiem's Sonic Pulse on roblox originally.
this is Volkner.
kinda made him more like his original species, plus with a bit of unique stuff
like blitz's fire thing, volkner uses electricity-based abilities.

Synchronicity: The Orchestra of Design

You’re sitting outside your house, passing time with a few friends over drinks and the soothing evening breeze. There’s a tree just by the fence. It’s night and the street just ahead is missing a street light, so the tree is poorly lit.

Contrary to many, 's collections are neither thematic nor seasonal. Instead, they forevermore expand on aesthetic of retro eccentricity, joyfully mixing and matching anything from high/low, art/pop culture to vintage/modern: https://t.co/b9nM8zP4qs

I have acquired Ash Sroka’s “Tali’Zorahs” signature on an art print! I can’t wait for it to ship & arrive! 😝 I never thought I’d ever be able to get one especially this many years later. Ash is notorious for being shy about doing stuff with publicity or going to events.
