Maybe you could take some of the textures from the other dopple ganger for the legs and overlay it somehow... From the concept I get the idea they are either scars or really tight muscles coming through... After all she's supposed to be stronger than Lara

This is an old anatomy practice i did a while ago with Sergent buff and based, i would like to learn how to use the color to show the 3D or the mass of the muscles / objects / stuff together with Hatching and perhaps shadows much later on when my brain grows
