There were a TON of excellent, prescient comments on this episode, but this one particularly worked for me — Death Note was a big influence on the structure of Lavender Jack (is Crabb more of a Chief Yagami or a Matsuda? Maybe both? Maybe both).
Great night spent at City of Glasgow College giving a short 15 min (okay so it ran about 30 mins over ) presentation to @_MacEwan_ ’s Introduction to Comics Class about Story Structure & Worldbuilding .
I may have broken them......
i redrew caelus bc i didn't really get his facial structure right last time?

The thing I find most interesting about "Wild Tulip" is the structure of its pattern. Morris's patterns (and by extension most Morris & Co. patterns) have either 'net' (mirrored symmetrical) or 'meander' structures. Wild Tulip is a meander; Eyebright, for example, is a net.

My ideal gamedev would be to commission someone to make (legal) replicas of the engine/structure of existing games I love (ex: ecco the dolphin’s physics, pokemon gsc’s battle system and clock based encounters) so that I could focus on filling them with cool levels and creatures.

Sometimes you want the structure of a traditional 9 panel grid, but adding in some dynamic splashes can really break up the storytelling. I appreciate such contrast.

You may have heard of Rosalind Franklin, a pioneer of the study of molecular structures. Her X-ray diffraction images of DNA enabled the University of Cambridge’s Francis Crick and James Watson to identify the molecule’s double helix structure. RT to clap for Rosalind! #IWD2019

We can't get over the realistic painterly technique Arash Razavi uses in his work. Arash is a master of structure, with each of his works created with amazing depth and beauty.

The anatomy and function of the recurrent laryngeal nerve was described by Galen in 2nd century CE, which he demonstrated by cutting it in a squealing pig, rendering it silent. Avoiding this structure is crucial in thyroid surgery. Fun fact: a giraffe’s nerve is 15 feet long!
