Loved the exhibition . Such deceptive simplicity! Particularly appreciated his use of under-drawing to texture thin layers of paint (eg hair in March in Brown (1954) & contours in Reclining Blonde (1959)) - stunning all around!

In the end I forgot LWJ's sheer floaty ribbon thing so I added it in. 🥲 I've also started using tones in some of my more graphic pieces in order to give texture variation but they compress poorly on Twitter so here are some close-ups!!
