I tried rearranging the blur/afterimage frames on her kick to smooth out this animation. As you can so, this is not an improvement! The animation just looks more random now!

Here's her SF3 special again. There's actually so many frames in here that if you reorganize them, you get this smooth animation of Chun Li raising her legs in her anticipation and kick poses!

The actual structure of the animation is fairly simple! It's just 2 frames between the anticipation and action! It's essentially 100% key frames! It has a weird stuttering effect to it, but it's very intentional! Makes the kick feel more brutal and painful like a jack hammer!
