I tried it again and it looks a bit better now. I spent maybe two hours to align the background image correctly because Android 11 zooms it in and cuts off sections of the wallpaper. The same happened with the lockscreen. Everything was trial and error. 🙈

Cool! I sketched out that section a little more but if you want to go a different direction I'd be curious to see where you took it. The bolt is basically a flywheel and the awkward part would have a dustcover over it that's like two cylinders intersecting.
