Other than the character's storyline, this was created in reference to the time i spent in dilapidated alleyways, playing with my cousins when we were little.
Times have changed, we aren't close anymore, but the memories still remain.

Arcane Vi has been out for quite some time now, and my opinion has changed, I like it a lot more...
Because tbh default Vi just looks stupid:
* The outfit
* The boob window
* The random skirt piece
* Random belts everywhere
* No arm muscle
