I experimented with a lot of texture and screen tones for this piece! Creepy’s works involve a lot of texture layering, so I wanted to do the same 🖤✏️🌠🌙🖤 I love doing DTIYS as a way to relax from my usual styles

Since the full image for this is a bit low res, I attempted to make it look clearer by putting it on waifu2x and then layering the HD potrait version on top of it to make the vocal point look clearer

Here's a spore blossom! This one was interesting to make, at first I made what the in-game model looked like by layering the petals on top of eachother, then I went back to make new textures that kept that effect while getting rid of the messy geometry.

something that helped me was I did a Monster Lips series and i studied several different glossy lip sticks and that way i could test different brushes and layerings n stuff qnd lightings from the lips focused to any portrait i wanted to do there on
Well I quit. She's meant to have a three tiered overskirt but I gave the heck up, was stressing out too much trying to figure out how the hell the layering worked on the skirt. Half done personal avi art I guess (my avi from gaiaonline turned 'oc')

Layering is important. I’ve used up to 30 layers before, this one has 7 or 8. I love scrubbing out to reveal layer below. I think in layers, plates or screens - because I have a 30 years in print.
