i THINK its acting almost like a double exposure...the multi controlnet? It's def not like MJ blend, everything stays exactly where it is. But it can provide some interesting layering effects.

You might clean it up and rotate it, if you are using MJ blend the result will be 1:1, but it creates kind of a border.

The upscale and just cut it into 10:14 format. To avoid stretching and losing part of the image.
