As I said, the anatomy is good. Not perfect but good. Here's what stood out to me. Hopefully, this is understandable. Don't have much space to articulate my points on Twitter. Arrows to help show the direction I see the muscles going. Took me years to understand that area.

(So not a doctor) but I do the stuff in the images. (Can use a water bottle or light weights to do some of these.)

The trick for me was doing the strengthening every other day so the muscles/tendons have time to grow back stronger. 💖
