I have an old stuffed animal that's stuffed with beads so it's weighted, I'll hold him in my hands or rub his ears to help when I'm panicky or overloaded (i don't have a photo of him on my phone but here's a character design I did based on him last year)

While I do enjoy Wild Druids tattoos/animal bones and Warrior Shamans perfect hair and beads are cool, I think MMA Shaman is the best version that stays closest to the ionian monk theme while emphasizing his freiljordian roots
