One day I'll finally find the redesign that I truly like.
1) Scythe is crystal, green and red tourmaline, like his angel form.
2) Wings aren't his own. Coat is a living symbiotic creature, and wings belong to it.
3) Has good regeneration. Coat feeds off him without endangering.

Whaaaat!? Aka The Eye of Webbish Bog, it developed into this symbiotic/parasitic spider/giant baby combo, was built and shot but the scene didn't make the final edit. Now lives on in comic form.
