The bishonen of the day is Link from The Legend of Zelda.
Virtually unmatched in the field, these four women have had a hit manga/anime in every decade and every genre. Spanning shonen/action, shojo/romance, Seinen/adult themed titles, fantasy, sci-Fi, mecha, horror, YOU NAME IT! LITERALLY no one has come close to their accomplishments.
Miss Hoshino Katsura's range is scary this is beyond a shonen's level
New World Order by Hitoshi Isamu has just started its serialization at Shonen Jump+ App. The second series that will be following it will be A Cat (?) Came to my Veranda by Nioshi Noai.

Mitarashi Santa published Seiken no Yuusha no Goei in Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #52 2019, and has some other works spread in different Shueisha platforms like Disaster Girl in Jump GIGA or The Detective is Absent, Cinnamon Nanmon, and Spacecraft Minamo-go in Shonen Jump+.
Before these two works, Miura Kouji had already published 2 series in Kodansha: Aozora Rubber and Sensei, Suki desu. And they also made another one-shot titled Haru Returns in Weekly Shonen Magazine.

@dunatdan "Wandering Son/ Hourou Musuko"
again, not shonen but my slice of life loving heart needs to rec it as it's abt a trans woman finding her identity plus most of the characters are again female and the story starts very early elementary school-ish to young adulthood
@dunatdan "Kuragehime"
ok not shonen-style at ALL but I need to slip in this one, it might be cutesy but the women in it are complex, not the typical teenager age but all 20+, and their interactions are hilarious (also gives insight into the fashion industry which is a cool bonus??)
@dunatdan "Shonen Note"
a personal fav of mine, the protag may be a boy but 80% of the charas are female with very complex designs and they're all very cute but in a distinct style that I rly love
very heavy on psychology and feelings, I cried
also lgbtq+*A*
