Hi everyone!
Finished this acrylic style piece of these two cuties a while back and loved how the colors came out! Appa and Momo are on the same level as Falkor for me in terms of mythical companions UwU.

Weird Tales (August 1934): The feature story is Robert E. Howard's "The Devil in Iron"

The plot concerns the resurrection of a mythical demon due to the theft of a sacred dagger, and an unrelated trap that lures Conan to the island fortress roamed by the demon art

For here's the each-uisge a supernatural water horse found in the Scottish Highlands. It's often mistaken for the kelpie, which inhabits streams and rivers, whereas the each-uisge lives in the sea, sea lochs & fresh water lochs

I have a thing called Rose!au, where basically every character is in an 'older time' setting and has mythical/legend blood in them...

I haven't done much with it, it's just a shits and giggles au meant for shipping that I took a little too seriously LOL

Anyway, Boris the hunter
