In canon (because Noelle said so) Catra is "fluffy". In my headcanon she is covered by a very thin, silky layer of dense fur (i.e. no bald patches) that's slightly longer in her ears and tail. The kind of fur that Galapagos seals have? 😉 So silky it hardly even looks like fur.
