The third light source relies heavily on the environment, which there really isn't one here, but it's the bounce light. I did this during my rendering step, but you can do it here on a layer if you prefer. Light that bounces off a surface will cast that color up from underneath.

First shading update.
Still needs some tuning and detailing on the skin, but the basics are set. I love how this man standing in the shadows on the left becomes more ominous because of the contrast between details and blurred surfaces!
