I have been a since 2004 or so. Just about when I joined the fandom when I and it was young.

I worked hard from doodles, tracing, and just learning my tools well like CSP and PS.
I still have a ways to go, but it makes me damn happy to make the content.

you have to suffer through learning that proper way. that way you actually gain an understanding of the rules of perspective that help you when you 'cheat'. I have many examples of me doing it all by hand, it all feeds back into the use of tools.. No 3D used in any of these
