That one's really difficult, I try to put something of myself into any PC. But Samwell Clearwater might fit the bill pretty well. Halfling Wizard from the old Pathfinder days, and he actually reached like 14th lvl or something. Highest lvl PC of mine.
Doodle from the dnd sesh - tiefling ranger was dangling from a cord above the party and asphyxiating from a poison and the elf monk had to brace her fall bc she couldn't move and it was epic
