Figuring out that "going to heaven in a wheelbarrow" means "going to hell" inspired me to draw a screaming Raphael going straight down to hell on a....wheelbarrow.

Aziraphale is being sold with biscuit is just a random cute idea though.

Historical husbands. The 1500's were rough for these two. Mostly because there wasn't a great upkeep in public baths where they lived in England. I have no idea what Aziraphale is so cheeky here, but Crowley is disgruntled.
