I don't normally go for revisions to my older pieces, but the composition and colors in this one were too good (in my humble opinion) to waste on half-assed head construction... so I went and fixed it.

here he is based on a horned toad that camouflages as a leaf. i ended up sort of revisiting the idea back in 2020, but i think i prefer the 2019 version more.
