Zoro's hair is fuzzy. After the timeskip, he grew it out a little and started slicking it back. In Cross Epoch (non-canon), he grew it into a ponytail, showing his hair as a fuzzy ball at the end. And in Detective Loomes (non-canon), his hair is much longer and it flows up back.

I wanted to get a rough idea of how texturing would look on the ship in it's current state with a rough uv unwrap. I think I'll unwrap it better to get some more detail, but it's neat to see it start to come to life =)

Finished up this little sequence! I wanted a roo tail, so I turned into my tail! He wasn't satisfied just stayin' as such, so he slowly took over more and more of my body until I eventually became him! Guess I'm just a happy, music loving kangaroo now!

Do any of you have your own rules or philosophies when sculpting
My own is "Only go up in detail (dynamesh/Subdivision) once you've gotten all you can out of what you've got"

I feel this has helped me, a lot recently so I don't focus on detail, just the foundation
