I've been neglecting Twitter recently but here was my latest set of WW2 commissions based on the series "The Pacific". Each charcoal drawing is size A3 in hard charcoal pencils and approximately 30-40 hours work each.

Just found out Victor Hugo was also an artist. In his exile from Paris he created around 4,000 drawings. Lots of beautiful inkwash, charcoal, and coffee used in his work. Disney animation artists studied a lot of it while working on Hunchback of Notre Dame.
