Alright, this legit just dawned upon me a few moments ago while looking into RE4’s past, what a revelation. Both “Hookman” and “Verdugo” are related in terms of design. Both are creepy, stalk you, & attack with “Hook” like items/appendages. The song is the same for them too.😳😱
