I think most pick dogs, dog-like animals and felines because we grew up with them as pets. I grew up with cats all my life so i always related to them more 😭

Honestly it's cuz drawing canines and felines is way easier, sadly I think it also make a lot of furries draw a lot of animals in a similar way, like my fursona is supposed to be a Hyena-Bunny but it's just looks like a weird canine akfkakdks
