As for other design inspo Metal Sonic was obvious. The hairstyle however, was inspired by Kloe from Sora no Kiseki/Trails in the Sky

Trails meme of the day This happened to me once, so I exited the game (while it was in the background) and than went back to it and this happened, than Estelle and Kloe made an enforcer jump because to get to ground. (This is a GOG version btw not a steam version)

If you haven't already, make sure to talk to Orater Kloe during the Kyrian assault!! She has vulpins around her and you will see blue foot prints to follow. Once you follow it you will find Sly. Can only do it once per Kyrian assault! Then after 3, you will get Sly as a pet!
