Pyoro was a bonus character and mostly guessing. 9-Volt is probably super wrong because I never practiced and mostly just looked at official art for a bit earlier today.

Would be pretty hype if Pyoro was the final full 100% Completion unlockable character in Warioware: Get it Together. He was already designed with 2d platforming in mind, so all of his commands would be him stretching his tongue diagonally. #WarioWare
