p sure KNK's modern style biggest influence was kogawa coz his art kinda had similar style like being cartoony and semi realistic at the same time?

Hard to describe but I think I saw similarities on both of their art style (how to express artistic "face")

wish I could design a semi-realistic giant mecha but I just don't know what the basics are D:

I mean yeah, mechs aren't realistic "go whatever you want" but it ain't a bad idea to reference irl as an easter egg

and irl can be weirder than "making things up"

Toriyama has taught me to stop caring about drawing characters' heights realistically, even if you give them actual realistic canon heights; just draw their heights based on their vibe, it's more fun and can help the characters stand out more

For #Pluto, I started watching it because of Astroboy. Didn't read the synopsis at all and just went in blind. I did expect that it would be a darker, more realistic version but I still teared up in a lot of scenes. Very slow pacing but a lot better than I expected.

Funny how people like this exist irl, and yet antis continue to say that short characters in fiction that are of legal age is "unrealistic" and "just ped0 bait"...

You know those scenes in movies when a thief drops a small item & it bounces up under a desk or something where they find it later as evidence. I used to think that’s unrealistic. Until I was eating some balls & one just popped out, fell & bounce to land under my desk

on the old series, the art work that looks like mobs in world masterpiece theater or in some 70s mecha anime

the newer line up artwork are even more random, some looks realistic, some western-cartoon-y, and then there's 90s shoujo anime guy roosevelt

Of my 3 dancer oc's, Skye is the one who has the most realistic reaction to situations.

She tends to dabble into various art mediums, & while not the best at most, she really loves painting.
