If we get a character today, I feel it can be these or maybe another Nintendo rep. Pokey I feel needs to come back in some form. Maybe no new character today, maybe a boss rush mode. I just have a feeling it won't be 3rd party. Except for maybe Rayman. Just a gut thing.

For tomorrow's Smash Bros Reveal for the Nintendo direct, I'm betting on either Dr. Eggman/Robotnik, Crash Bandicoot, Sora, or Rayman. With Sakurai's latest teaser with the "ho-ho," I feel Eggman will come, makes sense for Sonic's 30th Anniversary.

I like how Kid's Punk Rotten isn't actually a connected structure, but its body parts are actually disjointed and floating around. Much more interesting and cool IMO. Reminds me of Haunter, or Rayman.
