It's Nakyum who's gone through a recenttrauma but it's Seungho who's been clinging onto him desperately. On one hand, he wants to be an anchor & soothing presence to his lover, on the other, he knows they'll be parted so he holds onto NK's warmth as long as he can and savours it.
Seungho doesn't feel any selfish pain because he takes NK's pain as his own. He hurts for him, he strives to make him forget all the memories which torment him, and if he could he would take all Nakyum's pain and bear it all himself.
The way Seungho's completely changed, turning himself into the man Nakyum needs. Previously, he would be hurt livid and cruel if NK mentioned IH or doubted him, but now only NK's wellbeing and happiness matter to him.

As Seungho prepares for the future without Nakyum, but until then he creates a world of happiness for NK, where no one exists but them, and he showers him with all his love, holding nothing back, wanting to give it all to NK but also bask in NK until he no longer can.
both are dealing with the trauma, Seungho is so scared to leave Nakyum alone and Nakyum has nightmares every night plus just thinking about it gives him anxiety attacks
