@kaermoron Takehiko Inoue said this about the strong in his manga "Vagabond"
Me, a non sports fan, drew a Hanamichi cause holy cow do I love Slam Dunk. #slamdunk #HanamichiSakuragi #Retroanime #retromanga #classicanime #takehikoinoue
You probably know authors such as Hirata Hiroshi/平田弘史, Kojima Gōseki/小島剛夕, Shirato Sanpei/白土三平 or more recently Inoue Takehiko/井上雄彦 with his title Vagabond/バガボンド.
But do you know the author Kōe Satomi/神江里見, a manga legend about the Edo era?
- Des bonus dans chaque tomes, le 1er tome contiendra l'interview de Takehiko Inoue, ancien assistant de Tsukasa Hôjô (et auteur de Slam Dunk). ⤵️
Slam Dunk by Takehiko Inoue! I just read it recently and its so goooood - I honestly feel like its a great gateway into basketball but sportsmanga in general. It's a little older so some references are older but still a great read! (ALSO Inoue's art goes 9000 thru the series)
I wanna play this game so badly, Takehiko Inoue's illustrations are beautiful
Could Takehiko Inoue (Slam Dunk) write Tadatoshi Fujimaki’s Kuruko No Basket?
vagabond & REAL
whether its the expressions, the changes in art depending on the state of the story, the way motion is conveyed or anything else - takehiko inoue never misses
He also helped work on Real by Takehiko Inoue and Ichi The Killer by Hideo Yamamoto. He went on to create his own series titled, Hands.
