Fun Fact:
On top of being Cacti, the Cacnea line have a theme of Halloween related things
Cacnea's meant to resemble a Pumpkin and its hollow looking face make it be like a Jack-O-Lantern(which is more evident in the Shiny)
While for Cacturne, it is meant to be a Scarecrow
