While not Sonic OC's parse , their a very Sonic inspired duo design wise aswell as being deconstructions of sorts of the tropes/archetypes within the Sonic series.
Just listened to another awesome episode of Terrible Lizards with @Dave_Hone and @iszi_lawrence The latest episode is about the amazing pterosaur genus Pteranodon. Definitely a must listen! Here are my reconstructions of both species of Pteranodon
@Drbarnowl Well thank you very much for the compliment! All I believe I have to advise you is to look at skeletal reconstructions or restorations of theropods in the web and keep trying over and over again. I am sure you'll find it after a while.

My art at 2017 vs 2022
Talking to @nrd23456 about out there explanations for the infamous Beast of Gevaudan that terrorized this region of France in the 18th century, I remembered how much popular reconstructions of the beast remind me of an amphicyonid- half wolf, half bear, half big cat! :B
Bringing these back again because people like them. Disclaimer: THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS RECONSTRUCTIONS. THEY ARE FOR FUN.
Hey Owlets!
Sorry for the late announcement in the day~
I had a mini constructions with my door so I was forced to stay somewhere else all morning~
Today is suppose to be Mahjong Monday but instead we will be continuing Detroit: Become Human! at 8 PM PST
Hope to see ya there!
I've always had a soft spot for reconstructions, through paintings or models, of the Neolithic and Bronze Age. There is something inimically bucolic about them. Yet one thing I have noted, and which I think is a real shame, is the persistent and near-total lack of colour
Nathan prefers to spend his days in the comforts of his home, secluded away by the edge of an ancient forest, using his own acid breath for alchemical experiments, explaining complex magic circle constructions to his duck familiar Duncan, and very rarely going out into the world.
I don’t know why but I have been in the mood for “moody” pink or orange lighting in my reconstructions lately. I usually prefer more neutral, “natural’ lighting but for some reason I have been more into moody lighting lately
When I was growing up, I was told to 'close my legs' and 'cover up‘, as if I should feel ashamed for being female.
When actually the reality is quite the opposite, I feel empowered.
Fuck your social constructions.

Bothwell Castle near Glasgow (Scotland) my old watercolour reconstructions & Alan Sorrell's classic reconstruction had the site been completed to original Plan based on design elements from Coucy in France. A stronghold of the Black Douglas family. #AlanSorrell #BothwellCastle
This illustration is from ‘On the Malicious Player of Mr. Von Kempelen’, by Johann Gottlob Immanuel Breitkopf, (with seven copper plates), Leipzig and Dresden, 1789, showing the working parts behind the chess playing automaton of von Kempelen after making his own reconstructions. https://t.co/JGhFVGOtrm
super rough desert house sketches in procreate. Not used to the details and constructions yet, bc not my comfort zone.
Another commission for @greatestjubilee which was EXCELLENT FUN because it included.... A one(1) good ol' Spino (Using a lot of parts from different reconstructions and the colors of a stuffed animal)
@mcribbHistory @willwyeth Some of my Dunbar Castle reconstructions from the 1980s and a recent Paint version.
