I want to start a minecraft world just to create a megalomaniac factury like Nier Automata's Abandoned Factory, or Little Nightmare's Ship. I have a big admiration on Megalophobia things, especially man's constructions, they're so imposing, that made me like some of their fear,,,
Hi, im open for cxmmissions!! i urgently need about $1000-1800 to pay for my rent debt that i missed due to constructions and expenses :"D RTs are appreciated!! DM if interested or email me!

One of the most simple #house constructions one can make is a #pavilion. In a #future where crisis may hit, #nomads could be creative with materials and infrastructure they find on their path. #solarpunk #illustration
My attempt at quantifying expected body robusticity of O. megalodon using a 3D model and projected masses based on C. carcharias. I think many reconstructions go a bit overboard concerning the bulk; At 14 m, body should be ~5.5% deeper and wider than isometry, at 20 m ~7.5%
🦖 Daily Dino 🦖; Wuerhosaurus homheni
An Early Cretaceous stegosaur from China, Wuerhosaurus is notable for surviving longer than most of its kind. Finding of broken back plates initially lead to reconstructions with flat, unusual plate shapes

In our paper in @ScienceMagazine, we weigh in on the debate on soft-tissue reconstructions in theropod dinosaurs & show they likely had extra-oral tissues (‘lips’) covering their teeth rather than having exposed teeth like crocs.
Link to paper is here: https://t.co/iCHjuAhEA7
Reposting some of my tyrannosaur reconstructions with that new lip paper being published, very glad they're still holding up!
@RunicPotato Not sure this is helpful, but my dragons are basically weird dinosaurs, often based on outdated dinosaur reconstructions, so their skulls reflect that.
Follish de Qsmp, estoy feliz de verlo esforzarse por hablar en español para convivir con los demás a la ves que hace construcciones increíbles!
I am happy to see him strive to speak Spanish to live with others while making amazing constructions!

@ElPutoKarmaJode Going for the third option and choosing more modern reconstructions of Sinoceratops. BOTMs is especially gorgeous
If I had to choose out of those 2 tho, itd be the first. Idc that the JW one has colors, the anatomy itself is enough yo ruin it for me
TODAY a NIGHTMARE so far ... on my way to the therapist ... There were constructions & strong DRILL SOUNDS... I Couldn't handle the pain my 👂 was freaking sensitive after 🤧 all morning I started to 😭 AT THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET... since ✈️ accident I'm starting to😰 to go out.
Day 73 - Random Girl
Working more on constructions. I'm getting better at butting it together.
Not too happy with the style though. Kinda flat.
I don't think I've done anything that's at "iconic" status, but if people in the dino sphere know me, it's usually for my muscle reconstructions, particularly my 2020 Stegosaur.
It wasn't my first muscle recon, but it was the first I did with enough rigour to put me on the map. https://t.co/NuaFxDZ57r
Fun little fact that is kinda-ish, sorta-ish common-ish knowledge that I wasn't fully aware of until a few days ago: most Oviraptor reconstructions you see are actually based on an unnamed Oviraptorid specimen and not Oviraptor.
Link to a blog below that explains this a bit.
Day 6 of #animalmarch is dedicated to the mammoth. Instead on drawing based on scientific visual reconstructions I wanted to honor our artistic ancestors who shared their life time with those giants 🤎
Different drawing tools on kraft paper #kleineKunstklasse
Day 1 of #marchofthemammals2023 - Cynognathus! (Including yours truly for scale) Thanks to @shunosaurus1 for making this cool art challenge :)
Going forward, I’m open to feedback on how faithful my reconstructions are since I am no expert on their life appearance😅
@baldbookgeek It really set the tone for attempts at "serious" western-style fantasy in anime, but was kind of divorced from the literary tradition that D&D emerged from. Ironically, the deconstructions of Lodoss-style fantasy are more in line with D&D's literary origins.
Whenever I do multiple reconstructions of the same prehistoric animal (or group of related animals) I try to find ways to make each one of them a bit different.
Why?
1 its more fun
2 repeat recons confer false confidence
3 change is how #evolution >actually happens<
#paleoart
February 11, 1905, birthday of Czech painter, book illustrator and palaeoartist Zdeněk Michael František Burian. His work played a central role in the development of palaeontological reconstructions 🦖🎨
