Kubo sprinkled in dialogue, looks & gestures which are more apparent in the Manga. It does a better job hinting at foul play & setting up Aizen as key. Even if you figure him out early, you feel all his scenes more & enjoy the reveal for the characters.👌🏽

I don't mean to imply there's anything wrong with lifting dialogue, Snyder and Terrio did it too, there's lines and lines from All Star Superman, Dark Knight Returns, and Birthright in Man of Steel and BvS. It's just a bit much sometimes.

Thanks for the TL. A slight note: Nanamimaru is Ship Nanami. Maru is often added to the end of names for marine vessels, with the exception of warships. You can actually see the name Nanamimaru at the ship's bow in her Ikimonogakari SR+. So, in the dialogue, she's sailing in.
