Pathfinder goblins get 3/10. They have a fun design, but like. That's not a person. That is just a monster. If you just want your goblins to be straight up cannon fodder monsters whatever, but I want more.

Pathfinder 2e hobgoblins get 0/10. Get this the fuck away from me.

In my campaign setting, hobgoblins look like Tiefling/Orcs! A much smaller array of horns(no antlers), little tiny NOT-prehensile tails, smushy noses like classic dnd hobgoblins, and TUSKS. They can still be whatever color you want tho because that’s fun.
