Kunihiko Ikuhara's first directed anime is Sailor Moon. Hideaki Anno watched that Usagi transformed in front of Mamoru in the EP34 and burst into tears for his delicate direction. Ikuhara replied that he was not sure about that and cosplayed Sailor Mars for a charity event.

As you can see, the artbook called “#Xenosaga Episode 1 - Official Design Materials” has one of the most precious artworks drawn by Kunihiko Tanaka.
For the record, I didn't find it anywhere else.
So yeah, it's rare and precious, and depicts sheer adorableness.
