Boobrie
A gigantic black bird, which is supposed to have lived in the lochs of Argyllshire. It had webbed feet and fed on cattle.

The boobrie is a monstrous bird that resembles a huge cormorant. Lurking around lochs on the west coast of Scotland it eats horses, cattle and sheep and can also shapeshift. I’ve seen it 3 times – twice in the form of a sheep and once as a rock.
