DEATH BATTLE! Lanz & Nolan Grayson with the Bongcloud Opening vs Chris McLean
(Detail) 🥹💫💕 Had to draw the space boys together after Nolan admitted he wanted to be an astronaut when he grew up. Adam always looked up to Nolan and wanted to be an astronaut too. 😭
A new episode of #Nolan is out! Check it out!

So in the comics, the fallout of Nolan never reached the Grayson household like it did in the show, so this was really the first time we saw Mark's home be in danger, and it really did feel like the stakes had raised.
So, while I do think Mark v Nolan is the first proper "Invincible" style fight of the series... there's a case to be made that Thraxa is where Ryan really cemented his place as an all-time great for superhero fights. This is when "Invincible" style fights really take form.
I've seen so many people on the sub reddit claim that they'll never adapt this moment...like...are you weak?? OFCOURSE they will adapt Nolans bug wife.
Probably partially because he caught him by surprise, but hey, Mark is clearly getting stronger if he's making Nolan flinch.
Good morning to these three Jedi initiates only.

I always wondered if Nolan would feel more kinship for The Immortal as he's one of the few people who would be able to sympathize with the struggles of longevity.
With Nolan gone the world really seems to open up as Kirkman begins zeroing in on the supporting cast more and more, we finally get to learn the deal with Monster Girl's powers and start to see the seed of her situationship with Robot.
Omni-man’s not really “evil Superman” like Homelander or Injustice are. His actual turn as an antagonist (in the comic) is as only 6 issues.
That’s something the show did that I really don’t like, making his twist the whole show.
The Plutonian is more evil Superman than Nolan. https://t.co/jSKzEX30jV
Hands down my favorite change is having Nolan really have to work for this victory, whether it's because the Guardians are a more viable threat than they posed in the comics or because he's actively regretting his actions and secretly hoping they'll stop him.
