Issue is the first tie-in to a Batman event, Cataclysm. It's pretty self contained though. Mostly just Dick trying to save people trapped by the earthquake. I think it's sweet that the kid calls him Batman and he just rolls with it.

These big boys are the large variants of normal Hammer Bros. In addition to throwing sledgehammers in the usual arc, they can slam their fat mass on the ground to cause an earthquake. Snot used to drop from their nose, but they've learned to sniff it up.
