Once it's resized, tweak anything that looks off. I very subtly adjusted the pixels around the eyes here, but it would've been fine either way.
I use this technique exclusively now. It makes the process quicker & easier since you don't have to be as precise for most of it.

timelapse!!! I changed the perspective as i sketched, thus why i resized things so much. and I sketched while in a moving car up til the point i zoomed the drawing in to above the waist. it got much better after i wasnt in a moving car anymore 😂

Here is your profile picture. I downscaled it to 20x20, and 40x40, or a "block size" of "40 blocks" if you prefer. The last one, I reduced it to a limited colour palette. I didn't use the automated tool, I just resized it in Photoshop.

An image has overall pixel dimensions (it's physical size) but also has the pixel density, which is the amount of detail held within each pixel. The image needs to be created at 300ppi (or dpi) in Photoshop or Procreate, not resized at the end...
