I've logged off Twitter and IG on my phone for the time being. The anxiety attack the other day left my whole body aching (actual pain bc of tensing up, it's ridiculous). I feel much better now that I stepped back a bit.

I had a nightmare about again
I was tensing up really badly in my sleep that when I woke up. I relaxed my muscles and I immediately had uncontrollable muscle spasms for like 3 straight minutes😔
