Haha, there actually WAS a pilot episode by the same Nu Pogodi name :D It was the first episode of a "Funny Carousel" cartoon series which inspired the actual Nu Pogodi future series. But yeah, the guy from this pin looks like a more sketchy anthro prototype of Volk indeed.
