Ok so, just like modern birds, dromaeosaurs does have an "organization" on its wings structure, 10 primaries on its middle finger and about 14 on its radius.
Some features will be missing like the alula and tertials, but they would keep its respective coverts.

This peculiar disease has added more teeth to the average 32 a person should have. A mutation in said disease has deformed this subject’s bone, and neck structures. Muscle, and skin tearing has occurred as well.
