You can see that at the Globe Scale of 1:175M my original contours are even here a bit much and the thin Abyssal slivers are really too thin for a map like this.

So for the first map I did a few years back the interpolated contours made a fairly majestic DEM and the Hillshade while fairly rounded was still really nice and contrasting.

So what I need to do is group up the main Height Breaks and then I'll just draw those limited bands which should hopefully be enough to make a decent DEM for the globe. Worst case I give up on the DEM and just use the Contours which isn't all that bad.

The HS looks only marginally ok around the main islands but that area has so many damn points. And I started this process to save time and I'm realizing it's going to probably take more than I want to fix this. So rather than tug of war this I'm going to go back to the Contours.

He is very good at navigating on the sea but for some reason, once he sets foot on land, he gets lost easily. He lost his crew so currently is walking to the next port city they were going to. With a few detours I suppose.
