While Bill Peet is arguably the best writer for Disney films, I think Ralph (Eeyore) Wright is the best writer for the cartoons and the most underrated, he wrote some of the best Goofy, Pluto, and Donald Duck cartoons.

Lisa Kudrow voicing the lead, and its hard to go wrong with her as your main voice casting. And it has Jason Mantzoukas who just has a fun voice and I enjoy hearing him in cartoons.
