Really wanted to keep the stylized shapes from my draft sculpt so I ended up modeling everything manually in Zbrush by making poly tubes and extracting the cards from them. Much happier with this result

quick update, I fixed the face and body proportions, change a little bit the cloth color and ad some color on the cheeks too, still need to work on the eyes, simple shapes are always dificult to achive
