a few people specifically asked me how i did the water, its pretty simple. you do some funny white blob shapes, apply some chromatic aberration to them, blur them a bit, then set them to overlay! i then drew some white highlights on another layer for extra effect

Over in bright blue! I set that layer onto Overlay (don’t forget to have that layer over every other layer) now that I have the first shade of blue down I would head onto other colors to make it brighter, so the center of an object would be brightest!
