I did my reaserch for a while and source is japanese artist Nipye. BUT, their pixiv page is empty and i CANNOT find any other social, so im guessing they deleted their art/accounts.
I DID find the full drawing tho.

Blood practice/study thing.

Blood is much darker (almost blackish) along the edges, or where it pools up.

And it's important to make the liquid reflective to light.

Tho texture varies on surface
