From left to right, it's Baby Face, Mad Dog, Spinderella, Wooden Dresser, and then The Gatekeeper in his American design, even in the Japanese intro where the design was completely different.

I don't know. I think you may need to take a second look. She looks insanely hot. The costume shows cleavage, is form fitting, & looks very feminine. The belt & cuffs look like jewelry. She's also powerful. If this were a female hero from Marvel it would look totally different.
